Sabbath Stoves

Jessi and Jason closed on their new condos and moved in over the weekend. Jessi was telling me that she had a "Sabbath setting" on her new stove. That's why finding this article was fun. Bet you didn't know that all those engineers really understand what they are doing.... Or do they?
