Frustration -- or what were they expecting

The college board decided that they would start letting students retrieve their SAT scores online. I am not sure whether the October 9th test was the first, or if they have been doing this for a while, but it appears to me that they weren't at all prepared for what would happen on the first day when students could retrieve their scores. They need to make sure that they have additional capacity available so that students don't receive a screen like this one.
